You must be at least 13 and able to agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and do not let someone else use your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Waterski Directory helps people discover clubs, ski sites, resources, and other members. Listings can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Confirm locations, access rules, costs, hours, safety requirements, and contact details with the club or operator before traveling or making plans. A listing is not an endorsement.
Waterskiing, boating, driving, swimming, meeting people, and visiting unfamiliar places involve serious risks, including injury or death. You decide whether to participate and are responsible for checking participants, equipment, weather, water conditions, operator qualifications, insurance, and applicable laws. Waterski Directory does not organize, supervise, insure, or become a party to arrangements between users. Use proper safety equipment and follow local law.
You keep ownership of content you post. You grant Waterski Directory a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. Only post content you have the right to use. Follow the Community Guidelines, respect privacy, and do not abuse, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the service.
Only post content you own or have permission to use. If you believe something on Waterski Directory infringes your copyright, email hamiltonsateri@gmail.com with "DMCA" in the subject and include: what work you claim was infringed, where it appears on the site (a link), your name and contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you own or represent the copyright. We review valid notices, remove or disable access to the material, and tell the person who posted it. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can reply with a counter-notice explaining why, and we may restore it unless the complainant takes legal action. Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are removed.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or delete accounts when reasonably needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or operate the service. You can delete your account in Account settings. Some records may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is legally required.
The service links to clubs, map providers, and other third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, prices, availability, and conduct are their responsibility. Waterski Directory is not responsible for third-party services.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that listings are accurate, that the service will always be available, or that interactions and outings will be safe or successful. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
